This sector includes the production of everything from locomotives to turnouts, and the sheet metal, blanks and ready-to-install components supplied must meet the strict safety and quality standards of railroad technology.

We supply our products – including ballast weights, wheelset links and components for the bogie frame of locomotives – ready for installation (including painting) according to individual customer requirements.

We stock material from Q1 suppliers and in accordance with DBS 918002-01 to meet the requirements in S355J2+N, S355J2C+N, S355 NL and S460 NL.

To extend the service life of wear parts, wear-resistant plates are used for track tamping machines, track bed cleaning systems, ballast distribution and leveling on rail tracks. Switch systems are therefore also made from these materials.
