Our highly qualified and dedicated employees check the technical feasibility of your inquiries for sheet metal, flame-cut parts and further processed components and, if necessary, advise you on possible alternatives (in terms of quality, tolerances, design and dimensions).
As the project progresses, we monitor compliance with delivery times. We organize transport by truck, rail, ship and air. The complete and prompt provision of order documentation is an integral part of the delivery.
Years ago, we introduced barcode technology to identify and trace our products.
This enables us to keep you informed of material properties and order status at all times.

- Staining and oiling
- Marking with tube lettering or stencil
- Packaging according to customer requirements (e.g. pallets treated according to IPPC standard, shrink wrap)
- Transport handling and shipping (container stowage in the port)
- Preparation of documentation according to customer requirements
- We also test mechanical properties after simulating annealing (PWHT).
- Ultrasonic testing

- Certified level 3 inspector
- Dimensional and tolerance tests
- Chemical properties (spectral analysis, wet chemical analysis, PMI)
- Mechanical properties (e.g. tensile test, notched bar impact test, hardness test, weld-on bending test, tensile test in thickness direction, bending test)
- Purity determination (macrosections and microsections), grain size and purity determination
- Approvals by TÜV, DNV GL, LR, ABS, BV etc.
- Dye penetrant and magnetic particle testing
We offer to carry out additional material tests. These are carried out by our qualified personnel or by independent testing laboratories.
